For Focused Review and Deep Dive packages, the consultant reviews your material in advance, so the call starts with full context.

Codex experts are active scientists and domain leaders from academia, clinical research, and industry. They are selected based on their scientific track record, publication history, and domain expertise. You can review each expert’s background, research focus, and affiliation before booking.

You have two options. You can browse and select experts directly, or use the Expert Finder by describing your question in one or two sentences. The system matches your query to scientific publications and highlights the most relevant experts.

To further validate fit, you can submit up to three short screening questions before booking. This allows you to confirm alignment before committing to a session.

Pricing per session is set by each consultant individually and displayed transparently during booking. For more depth or multi-session needs, we offer three packages: Focused Review (30 min material review + 60 min consultation), Deep Dive (60 min material review + 60 min consultation), and the Diligence Bundle (5 × 60-minute sessions, valid 90 days, usable across multiple experts). All sessions are confidential. An NDA is automatically issued after booking and must be signed before the session. The agreement is directly between you and the consultant, ensuring a clear and secure framework for open discussion.

You can reschedule your session using the confirmation link, subject to availability. If you need additional input, follow-up sessions can be booked at any time. If you are unsure about expert fit, screening questions help ensure alignment in advance.

Yes. Each of the five sessions can be booked with any available consultant on Codex. You choose who you speak with each time, based on your current question or topic. Sessions do not need to be used with the same expert.

After purchasing a Diligence Bundle, you receive five individual voucher codes by email. Each code redeems one 60-minute session when booking through a consultant's calendar. Codes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

After booking, you receive a dedicated email address to submit your material directly to the consultant. Any standard format works — PDF, slide deck, data summary. The consultant reviews your material in the booked time, then joins the call prepared. The NDA must be signed before any material is shared.

Yes. All packages support invoice-based payment. After submitting the order form on the packages page, you receive a Stripe invoice with a 14-day payment term. Sessions are activated upon payment confirmation.
